1st Station: Scheffer´s Hotel, sitting under the chestnut trees or in the Studio.
Jellied blade steak from scottish Highland beef on a bed of marinated wild herbs, 1 drink
2nd Station: Alpenbierwirt at the Markterwirt in the charming beer garden
or the 450 year old dining room.
Original Zauchensee brook trout smoked with herbs and herb risotto, 1 drink.
3rd Station: Local history museum
Themed guided tour: „Time travel through the history of cooking and regional food. “ with custodian Helga Sobota
4th Station: Krallinger’s out in the fresh air or in the restaurant
Baked cheese dumpling with Salzburger Almkönig cheese from organic milk, served with a creamy herb sauce, 1 drink.
Tasting session: Herbal elixirs from Mood by Eichinger
5th Station: Hotel Schartner in the herb garden by the pond or in Schartners Hut
Buttermilk mousse in a glass with forest fruits and lemon balm, 1 drink.
When: Wednesdays, 3th July – 2rd October 2019, always at 5pm, total walk time: approx. 1 h,
whatever the weather, please bring rainwear!
